Achieve Career Goals

The modular Training Course is made to capture your personal training needs and to help you to achieve your career goal. The course comprises 15 one-day modules in which participants will be introduced to the different aspects of Revenue Management. The transfer of learning to the real work environment is a crucial element of the course. Each module can be booked by itself or as a series of trainings.

Passing all 15 Modules within 36 months qualifies to apply for the final examination. This examination consists of a case study in which the candidate demonstrates how the knowledge gained was applied in real life, and a final interview. Participants passing all exams will be awarded the Certification Certified Revenue Manager ECRME.

Participants should estimate between 12 and 18 months to complete this training.

The Revenue Manager course consists of 3 learning blocks. Each learning block consists of 5 individual modules: Part I focuses on Revenue Management, Part II on Digital Marketing & Distribution. Part III covers (elective) modules which can be individually selected by participants. Completion of all 3 learning blocks is certified as Certified Revenue Manager ECRME.

Basic Concepts of Revenue Management

Learning block I: The Revenue Management (RM) learning block consists of 5 individual compulsory modules: Fundamental Concepts of Revenue Management, Strategic Revenue Management, Revenue Management Operational Processes, Revenue Management Application in other revenue generating areas, Live Application and Case Studies. This learning block can be booked by itself. Passing all 5 compulsory modules will be awarded with the Revenue Management Certificate.

Digital Marketing & Distribution

Learning block II: The Digital Marketing & Distribution (DM) learning block consists of 5 individual compulsory modules: Distribution Business Models & Systems, Digital Marketing, Social Media & Community Management, Distribution Strategies, Live Application and Case Studies. This learning block can be booked by itself. Passing all 5 compulsory modules will be awarded with the Digital Marketing & Distribution Certificate.

Elective Modules

The „Electives“ offer the participants the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge further or to bridge gaps in their previous education. It is very flexible and can be adapted either individually or according to requirements of the employer. A growing number of elective modules offers the variety to focus i.e. on Financial Management, Leadership, Presentation or Communication Skills or a deeper dive into Reservation/Revenue Management Systems, Analytics or Property Management Systems.
